Hack (Thomas Sanden, Southampton based architect, 1811-1865) Design For a Dwelling House Proposed to be erected at East Lavant for The Rev.d Henry Legge, manuscript pen and black ink title, four original floor plans with watercolour and ink, and five watercolour elevations of the house, variously signed and inscribed, on cream wove papers without watermarks, each leaf approx. 330 x 410 mm (13 x 16 1/8 in), occasional surface dirt and browning, minor nicks with some perforations and old adhesive within margins, contemporary marbled boards, rebacked, worn, oblong folio, 1830.
