Shelley (Percy Bysshe) The Revolt of Islam; A Poem, in Twelve Cantos, first edition, second issue, with the errata leaf (b2) bound at end of volume and dedication page 'To Mary ---- ---', for C. and J. Ollier, 1818; Queen Mab, with dedication leaf 'To Harriet ⁂**' bound at end and W Clark's imprint to p.182, without publisher's advertisements, by W. Clark, 1821, together 2 works in 1, contemporary ink signature of 'Richard Dry' to front free endpaper, some spotting and foxing, contemporary calf, worn, part of layer to upper cover torn away, lower cover detached, 8vo.
⁂ Two scarce editions of Shelley's poetry collections, both bound with the rare dedication pages to his second and first wife respectively. Signature of 'Richard Dry' may be attributed to Percy's tailor - manuscript correspondence from William and Richard Dry displays some of his financial problems he was experiencing in 1813: 'We are much disappointed at your not having settled the above account with us before this time as it has now been so long standing...'
