*** A very good copy with wide margins of the handsomely printed editio princeps of this Greek grammar. Gaza was from Thessalonica and taught in Constantinople before arriving in Italy in 1440, where he taught Greek in Ferrara and Rome. Later, he assisted Cardinal Bessarion in the writing of In calumniatorem Platonis.
