Provenance: Friedrich Taubmann (1565-1613), German philologist and humanist. He split his time between the court of his patron Duke Freidrich Wilhelm of Weimar and the University of Wittemberg, where he was comic poet and Professor of Philology respectively (Ink ownership inscription to foot or title and annotations).
