Description

Workman (Fanny Bullock & William Hunter) [Illustrations of Ice Wilds of Eastern Karakoram], a bound collection of maps and plates for 'Two Summers in the Ice-Wilds of Eastern Karakoram' comprising 3 folding colour maps and 141 photographic illustrations on 134 plates, a few folding, no title or text, one or two plates at beginning becoming loose, bookplate of The MacRobert Trust, original grey cloth, preserved in modern cloth slip-case, 8vo, 1917.

⁂ The MacRobert Trust was established by the authors' daughter, Lady MacRobert. This was presumably a separate set of the illustrations to Two Summers in the Ice-Wilds... bound especially for her.
