Darton, publisher.- Elliott (Mary, nee Belson) The Wax-Taper or, Effects of Bad Habits, engraved folding frontispiece (a few small patches of surface wear, fore-margin repaired) and 2 plates, 4pp. advertisements, light foxing and finger-soiling, ink inscription to front pastedown, original stiff printed wrappers, light soiling and browning, 1819; William's Secret, engraved folding frontispiece and 2 plates, some light foxing and faint offsetting, ink ownership inscription dated 1820 to head of title, original printed wrappers, upper cover with chipping to fore-margin, light vertical crease, 1819; The Adventures of Thomas Two-Shoes, engraved folding frontispiece and 2 plates, light browning, final f. margins trimmed, neat book-label "C.W. Rothery Knaresbro" to font pastedown, original printed wrappers, stitching renewed, scuffing and wear to upper cover affecting text, 1818, first editions, [Darton H551, H554 & H394]; and 2 others by the same, 12mo (5)
