Cookery, Parisian bakers.- Tableau des boulangers de Paris, autorisés pour l'exercice de 1809, half-title, folding letterpress almanac for 1809 before title, water-stained, some spotting and finger-marking, lightly browned, contemporary mottled sheep, spine gilt and with black leather label, small piece from head of spine, upper joint splitting, but holding firm, corners worn, rubbed, large 12mo, Paris, Hacquart, 1809.

⁂ Rare work for the bakers of Paris. The first half gives the rules and regulations relating to the conduct of bakers and their apprentices and the sale of bread. The second half lists 676 bakers with their addresses.
