Plath (Sylvia) Winter Trees, first edition, Poetry Book Society leaflet loosely inserted, the very occasional mark, original blue cloth, dust-jacket, a few marks to lower panel, else a mint copy, Faber & Faber, 1971; Dialogue Over a Ouija Board, one of 140 copies, frontispiece illustration by Leonard Baskin, original vellum, t.e.g., spine slightly faded, slip-case, overall an excellent copy, Cambridge, The Rainbow Press, printed at the Rampant Lions Press, 1981; 8vo (2)

⁂ The Rainbow Press was a creative collaboration between Ted Hughes, his sister Olwyn, and others, notably artist Leonard Baskin. The press produced sixteen books between 1971 and 1981 of works by major contemporary poets, characterised by the fine quality of paper and bindings. These copies came from the collection of Frieda Hughes and were sold by her at Bonhams in 2021.
