Camus (Albert) The Outsider, translated by Stuart Gilbert, Introduction by Cyril Connolly, bookseller's ticket to front pastedown, faint ink ownership signature to front free endpaper, very minor creases to margins at pp.59-62 & 103, original cloth, spine and edges faded, light water-stain to top edge, dust-jacket by Edward Bawden, extensive tape reinforcements to spine and extremities, losses and closed tears, affecting author's name on spine, a little toned and creased, 1946; The Rebel, minor surface abrasion to final pastedown, spine ends fractionally bumped, a few small nicks and closed tears to dust-jacket, spine lightly toned, extremities slightly creased, first English editions, original cloth, dust-jackets; and another by Camus, 8vo (3)
