Millar [& others], 1767 § Mollard (John) The Art of Cookery Made Easy and Refined; Comprising Ample Directions for Preparing every Article Requisite for Furnishing the Tables of the Nobleman, Gentleman, and Tradesman, first edition, half-title, engraved dedication, 12 engraved plates giving a Bill of Fare for each month of the year, lacking T7-8 & U2, contemporary ownership inscription to title, the odd small stain, some soiling, lightly browned, front free endpaper detached, contemporary calf, spine chipped at foot, rubbed, joints split but covers holding, Printed for the Author, 1801; and others cookery, including several Mrs Beeton, 8vo et infra (20)
