English Railways.- Roscoe (Thomas) The London and Birmingham Railway, first edition, additional engraved title vignette and 17 plates, most with tissue-guards, folding engraved map dated 1838, illustrations, spotting or foxing, largely to plates, some surface soiling, contemporary half calf, rebacked, rubbed and bumped, [1838] § Railway Travelling Charts; or, Iron Road Books, for Perusal on the Journey, long folding guide with drop-head title, maps and wood-engraved vignettes, a few tears or repairs to internal folds, scattered spotting, folding concertina-style into original wrappers, a little worn with a few nicks and repairs, one to lower cover affecting engraving, Railway Chronicle, [?1846]; and 3 other 19th century works on railways, v.s. (5)
