Latomus (Jacobus) Opera, early ink inscription to title and a few marginal annotations, title verso & final f. reinforced at gutter, wormholes within text scattered throughout, some very light water-staining to head, browning throughout, later boards, lacking backstrip, wear to extremities, Leuven, Bartholomaeus Gravius suis imp. Pierre Phalèse & Martinus Rotarius, 1579 § Epiphanius (Saint, Bishop of Constantia) Contra octoaginta haereses opus, Panarium, sive Arcula, aut Capsula Medica appellatum, lacking final blank, title & a2 with various repairs (affecting few letters) and silked, final f. with marginal repairs, slightly affecting text but without loss, worming within text, sometimes one or two wormholes but more pronounced at beginning and end, occasional underlining, some spotting and occasional light staining, light browning, bound in green morocco by Zaehnsdorf, spine darkened, rubbed, [Adams E254; VD16 E 1646], Basel, Johann Oporinus & Johannes Herwagen, 1560; and others, Swiss imprints, 16th & 17th century, folio (5)
