Pontificale Romanum, double-column, gothic type, printed in red and black throughout, title with woodcut illustration of Pope and bishops to head and printer's device in red to foot, the latter also to final f., full-page woodcut of Crucifixion to [cross]4v, woodcut music and illustrations, lacking final blank, various inscriptions to title (some crossed through), first few leaves reinforced at inner-margin, occasional ink correction or annotation, some scattered small marginal worming and tears and various repairs, mainly marginal but occasionally causing small loss of text, some light browning and soiling but generally good, gilt-stamped leather oval depicting Crucifixion laid down to pastedowns ?centre-pieces from old binding, modern library cloth, [Adams L1241; EDIT 16 CNCE 11860], folio, Venice, heirs of Lucantonio Guinta, 1561.
