⁂ Important work by an assistant of Palladio, originally intended to illustrate a translation of Vitruvius. Illustrations follow those of the 1590 edition, but the blocks in some instances are recut; but this copy lacking the short article with woodcut illustrations on sundials, which is not found in the first edition.
