Illuminated Manuscript.- Single leaf from a prayer book, in Dutch, illuminated manuscript on vellum, single column, 20 lines, one 10-line initial 'H' in blue, red and blank vellum with foliate designs enclosing a single sprig of foliage in dark pink and green wash, entire initial with similar design, decorated on 2 sides with ribbon-like banderoles with devotional Dutch entwined around thin green shoots with background filled in red within gold frames, one 3-line initial in red with dark pink penwork, one 2-line initial in blue, several smaller initials in red and blue, capitals touched in red, red rubric, light small spots and stains, slightly trimmed at edges, very slightly affecting edges of decoration in uppermost border, some browning at edges, 12mo (142 x 95 mm), [Netherlands], [second half 15th century].
