China.- China's Millions, 16 vol., a broken run, years 1925-33, 1935 & 1938-43, illustrations, some toning, original pictorial cloth to first 10 vol. & plain red cloth to final 6 vol., few spines slightly faded, few spine ends frayed or with very small loss, few light marks, little rubbed, China Inland Mission, 1925-43 § Sowerby (Arthur de C.) & John C. Ferguson, editors. The China Journal, 10 vol., comprising vol. 12, no.1-4 (January-April 1930) & vol. 13, no. 1-6 (July-December 1930), plates, some photographic, a couple colour and tipped-in, one or two vol. with gutter split but contents holding, occasional spotting, original pictorial wrappers, March issue with loss to most of backstrip, September issue with few small gouges affecting upper wrapper and first few ff., some other chipping and small loss, mainly to spines, 1930; and the China Maritime Customs Service List, fiftieth issue, Shanghai 1924, 4to & 8vo (27)
