⁂ As with the Cagle copy our copy does not have a Gg8 (catchwords match) and ends on Ii7. First published in 1773, this forms a valuable sourcebook for later 18th century English recipes, and was advertised as "the most complete Book of Cookery hitherto extant". It includes a recipe for "Curree of Chickens" calling for "curree-powder" and an early description on how to make a sandwich.
