Hogarth (William) The Four Times of the Day, the set of four, etchings and engravings, very good impressions on 18th century laid papers with various indistinct text-based watermarks and one with a watermark of an eagle with flower, each platemark approx. 490 x 405 mm (19 1/4 x 15 7/8 in), each sheet approx. 565 x 440 mm (22 1/4 x 17 1/4 in), good margins, some marginal staining, small nicks and tears, a slightly larger tear to the lower lettered section of 'Morning', surface dirt, slightly rough edges, unframed, 1738 [or slightly later] (4)
