Rossetti (Christina Georgina, poet, 1830-1894) Autograph Letter signed to Kate "Kitty" Howell, 3pp., 8vo, 56 Euston Square, [London], n.d., [c. 1870], "Have you thought me ungrateful? And yet I assure they are loving thanks which Mamma and I offer for such lovely flowers, appetizing eggs, and fragrant herbs, and delicious jams. Your kind gift arrived on the very day of my return from Hampstead. Now again I suppose I shall soon leave town, as my doctor prescribes; but we have not yet fixed on a locality. My Mother joins me in cordial remembrances to Mr. Howell", folds, laid down on card, two small pieces of tape in corners.
