Emblemata.- Verrien (Nicolas) Recueil d'Emblemes, Devises, Medailles, et Figures Hieroglyphiques, 3 parts in 1, engraved frontispiece portrait, part titles, and 233 plates, some printed on both sides, a few short tears to margins, occasional light surface staining, ex-library copy, ink-stamp and inscription to front free endpaper, repairs to endpapers, contemporary mottled calf, gilt spine, small repairs to head of spine, joints and corners, backstrip splitting but holding firm, a little worn, housed in modern morocco dust-jacket, lettered in gilt, 8vo, Paris, Claude Jombert, 1724.
