⁂ Featuring the maze of Versailles designed by Le Nôtre and Perrault using fountains depicting the fables of Aesop, with quatrains by de Benserade. These are copies of Sebastien Le Clerc's plates from Perrault's version of 1677 of the fountains re-engraved by Bickham.
