Etching, 1636, but a later impression of New Hollstein's first state (of three), on laid paper without watermark, a slightly slipped impression with signs of wear in the densely cross hatched areas, thread margin outside lower edge platemark, otherwise trimmed to or just within the platemark, minor spotting, sheet 158 x 138 mm (6 1/4 x 5 3/8 in) (unframed)
