Alfred) The Old Silver of American Churches, one of 506 copies, privately printed for the National Society of Colonial Dames of America at the Arden Press, 1913; Illustrated Catalogue of the Collection of Old Plate of J.Pierpont Morgan, Esquire, with 3 A.Ls.s. from the author to Dr. [?G.C.] Williamson concerning the frames of some Toussaint miniatures in the Morgan collection tipped in at beginning, contemporary half blue morocco, by Gray of Cambridge, privately printed, 1908, the last two with plates, some photogravure, t.e.g., others uncut, the second very slightly rubbed at edges; and 3 others on American silver, 4to & 8vo (6)
⁂ Theodore Starr established a silversmith's in New York in 1862, becoming Starr and Marcus in 1864 when he was joined by Herman Marcus. Marcus left in 1877, joining Tiffany's, and the company reverted to Theodore B.Starr; it closed in 1923.
