Architecture.- Chambers (William) Designs of Chinese Buildings, Furniture, Dresses, Machines and Utensils, first edition, with text in both English and French, dedication to George, Prince of Wales, list of subscribers, 21 engraved plates and plans by Fourdrinier, Sandby and Grignion, some spotting, mostly to final plate and text, contemporary mottled calf, spine gilt with red roan label, rubbed, joints and corners a little worn, [Colas 592; Fowler 85; Harris 113-114], folio, for the Author, 1757.
