Browne, occasional light foxing, mostly to plates, first state original blind-stamped red cloth, gilt spine, expert repairs to spine ends, splitting to upper joint, upper cover working loose but holding firm, a few light surface soils, light rubbing to extremities, edges uncut, housed in modern morocco-backed cloth slip-case, [Eckel pp.86-90; Smith I, 13], 8vo, 1859.
