⁂ Rarely found complete set, as here. The work depicts the technology of sake production, and forms of fishing, bee-keeping, hunting, and textile manufacture and lime production, along with other subjects. The author is not named but Kimura Kokyo, who wrote the preface, was a wealthy brewer of sake in Osaka, also known by his literary name of Kenkado.
