S. Ambrosii Maioris [&] Pirotam and Masperum, 1789-1802.
⁂ Rare at auction; we trace only 3 examples since 1934. Fulgenzio Vitman (1728-1806) was an Italian botanist and clergyman. He was professor of botany and director of the Padua botanical garden 1763-1773; professor of botany at the Lyceum of Brera Milano 1774; and founder of the botanical garden of the Lyceum 1781.
