Marriage A-la-Mode, the set of six, early states before later reworking, plate II with contemporary hand touching of grey wash to the hair and face, etchings and engravings, on laid paper without visible watermarks, each sheet approx. 382 x 465 mm (15 x 18 1/4 in), trimmed just within the platemarks, some minor even toning and surface dirt, all unframed, 1745 (6)
