Etching, drypoint and engraving, circa 1639, but a later impression of New Hollstein's fourth state (of five), on laid paper without watermark, a worn impression with signs of wear in the plate notably the densley cross hatched areas, poorly inked in places, platemark 213 x 287 mm (8 3/8 x 11 1/4 in), some retouching to lower centre with graphite or wash, similarly in the upper centre right (unframed)
