H present but bound in wrong order, title with closed tear and very small loss affecting only colon, some foxing, lightly browned, ex-Haverhill Public Library with bookplate and reference in blue pencil to title verso, 19th century morocco-backed boards, some loss to spine, corenrs worn, upper joint cracked but holding, [Wing D1042], small 4to, for Jacob Tonson, 1699.
