World.- [Meriton (George)] A Geographical Description of the World, first edition, additional engraved title, 3 final advertisement ff., lacking B1 divisional title, bookplate removed from pastedown, 19th century ownership inscription to front free endpaper, title with ownership name of Charles Holt, occasional passage-marking in pencil, light spotting and browning, contemporary calf, neatly rebacked, corners worn, [Wing M1790], 12mo, for William Leake, 1671.
⁂ Rare. Chapters include Turkey Palestine, America, Mexicana, Peruana, as well as Oriental, African and American Islands.
