God and the King: or, A Dialogue..., A4 blank, with full-page woodcut illustration at end (laid down) but lacking woodcut frontispiece, title with first word slightly shaved to head, soiled and laid down, A3 restoration to margins, B1 tear into text repaired, few marginal repairs, some soiling and light staining, old stab-holes to gutter, 20th century red half morocco, [STC 14419], small 8vo, Imprinted [by John Beale] by his Maiesties speciall priuiledge and command, 1615.

⁂ Also published in Latin under the title 'Deus & rex' in 1615. This is one of a few different English editions of 1615, all rare at auction. In this copy, the text ends on G7r, p. 93.
