Hole (small stain obscuring surname of printer and slightly frayed at margins), "The Historie of Judith...Englished by Tho. Hudson" with separate dated title-page to 3P1, few large woodcut illustrations, woodcut printer's device to 3O4v and final colophon f., O1 & P1 short marginal tears repaired, few other small marginal defects, very occasional ink marginalia, occasional light marginal water- or other staining, some very small worming to lower-margin towards end, a few times touching one or two letters, some light soiling, but overall a good and unsophisticated copy, contemporary calf, neatly rebacked and recornered, [STC 21650], small 4to, Humphray Lownes, 1608 [date from colophon].
