Out of French., woodcut ornament to title, woodcut typographic head-piece and decorative initial, title torn at lower corner (with loss of part of imprint) and soiled, closely trimmed at head, affecting some headlines, some spotting or staining, lightly browned, later calf, gilt, upper cover detached, worn, [Wing S352], small 8vo, Printed by J. D., for Richard Chiswel, 1675.
Provenance: Robert Browning (1812-1889), English poet and playwright (ink signature and an ?autograph bibliographical note to title).
