To His Holiness Innocent XI, first edition in English, engraved frontispiece and vignette dedication leaf by Arnold van Westerhout after Giovanni Battista Lenardi, engraved portrait by Robert White and 15 plates, including 1 large folding depicting a banquet, by Westerhout after Lenardi and others, large folding plate with splits at folds and some staining, some spotting and light staining, lightly browned, contemporary half calf, spine ends and corners worn, rubbed, [Wing W3702; cf. Lipperheide 2751 (Italian edition)], folio, Tho. Snowden for the author, 1688.
