Roman Britain.- Burton (William) A Commentary on Antoninus His Itinerary, or Journies of the Romane Empire, so far as it concerneth Britain, first edition, engraved portrait frontispiece and double-page map by Wenceslaus Hollar, title printed in red and black, woodcut illustrations, bookplate of the Marquis of Donegall, ownership inscription "Cholmondeley" to verso of title, few early ink notes or annotations, mainly to Index at end and rear free endpaper, title lightly browned, some other light spotting or browning, later speckled calf, red morocco spine label slightly chipped, wear to spine head and corners, rubbed, joints split at head but holding firm, [Wing B6185], small folio, Tho.
