Gill (Eric) A group of 13 engravings depicting the Madonna and Child, on various papers, 8 signed or initialled and numbered by the artist in pencil, one laid down with presentation inscription from the artist "Much love from Eric & Mary Gill & all at Capel-y-ffin" on verso of mount, some spotting, one damp-stained, [Physick 297-304 341, 343 & 345], v.s., 1924-25.
⁂ An excellent group showing the artist's continued re-interpretations of the same subject across a two year period. Includes a rare numbered surface print, not recorded by Physick.
