Unpublished Heger letters and photographs.- Collection, including: 2 ALs.s. from Zoe Heger to Miss Marion Mossman, together 8pp., 6th January - 12th August 1878, family news etc., "I am sorry to hear your father is suffering"; 6 Autograph Letters and Autograph Postcards signed from Louise Heger to Kate Douglas, and Marion Mossman, "When are we to make a journey together? I don't know but it must be, it shall! be it will be!", together c. 12pp. & 2 sides, 26th March 1885 - 10th May 1912, [from Brussels], all in French, on various subjects, mentioning Blackwood's Magazine; and a small quantity of other correspondence, with numerous references to the Brontë's including: from Mary Troll, "On finding the little hoard of Brontë belongings, in a case at the back of a locked drawer, I was astonished... often heard my Aunt Marion speak of Miss Nussey", photographs etc., v.s., v.d. (sm. qty).

Louise Heger (1839-1933) and Miss Marion Douglas (sister of Katie Douglas);
Marion gifted her Bronte relics to her niece, Meta Mossman;
Gifted to Mr W.R. Cunliffe;
Thence by descent to the present owners
