[Comber (Thomas, dean of Durham and liturgist, 1645-99)] [Transcribed text from "A Companion to the Temple; or, A Help to Devotion in the use of the Common Prayer"], manuscript, 190pp., dark brown ink, mostly relating to the Communion service, some ink show-through, browned throughout, marbled endpapers, contemporary black polished morocco, ornate gilt borders, gilt stamp on upper cover: "John Tilley, 1751", corners slightly bumped, gilt panelled spine, spine slightly chipped at head and tail, g.e., sm. 8vo, [dated on cover 1751].
