Augustinus (Aurelius, Saint) Explanatio psalmorum, collation: ?8 ??6 a–z [et] [con] [rum] A–S8 T6, double column, 372 ff., 70 lines of commentary surrounding text, Gothic type, initials in red, occasional early ink marginalia and notes to final verso, G5 lower margin cut away, T2 small loss to upper blank corner, T3 upper part of outer margin torn away (not affecting text), T4-6 torn and frayed with loss of text, water-stained, heavier at ends, some spotting or staining (including the odd instance of small areas of ink), lightly browned, 17th century blind-stamped and ruled calf, spine in compartments and with leather and later paper labels, spine neatly restored, corners little worn, rubbed and marked, folio (317 x 207mm.), Venice, Bernardinus Benalius, 4 August, 1493.
