Flying Colours, first edition, signed by the author on title, original red cloth, light browning to spine, light rubbing to spine tips and corners, dust-jacket, light toning to spine, spine chipped at head, foot of spine with neat and expert restoration, light surface soiling to lower panel, a few short tears or nicks to foot with creasing, a little rubbing, 8vo, 1938.
⁂ First published earlier the same year in a single volume with A Ship of the Line, this edition is by far the rarer of the two editions, especially so signed.
