Arab World.- [Shippard (William Henry, Captain, army officer in the 29th Regiment, 1803-65)] [Notes on the Arab World], autograph manuscript, c. 190pp., loose leaf notes, a few small tears, slightly browned, folio, loose brown wrappers, inscribed "Arabian Manuscripts of the late Captain Shippard", a few marginal tears, [c. 1830s]; and another, Shippard's autograph manuscript notes on Persia, [c. 1830s], folio (2).
